Attach Car is a car attachment service for drivers and car owners. Private companies, government offices and multinational companies (MNCs) need cars on monthly contracts. We connect commercial (yellow-plate) cars to that work, and we help you understand the rules, papers and contract before you sign anything.

What we do

A lot of offices in India don't own the cars they use. Government departments hire them through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and tenders. Most companies and MNCs give employee transport to a vendor, and the vendor attaches cars from owner-drivers and small fleet owners.

For a driver, this is hard to break into. You have to find the openings, work out if your car qualifies, and judge whether the rate on offer is fair. That is where we come in. We:

Ask about your car: model, year, fuel type, plate (yellow or white), city, and whether you will drive it yourself.
Check your papers against what the hiring office will ask for. That means RC, permit, insurance, fitness, PUC, licence, GPS device and police verification.
Match your car with a company, government office or MNC requirement in one of our cities.
Go through the contract with you before you commit: monthly amount, km and hour limits, extra-km rate, who pays fuel and tolls, when you get paid, and the penalties.
Stay on WhatsApp after your car is attached, if anything comes up.

How we work with drivers

Legal cars only. The car must have commercial registration and a valid permit. If yours doesn't qualify, we say so at the start and tell you what it would take to fix.
Get it in writing. The rate card, km and hour limits, deductions and payment dates should all be on paper before your first duty.
No big promises. What you earn depends on the car, the city, the shift and the kilometres. We tell you what a real requirement pays. You won't hear promises of huge guaranteed income from us.
Any charges from our side are explained in the first chat, before you share papers or start duty.

How we research and write our guides

These guides are for drivers and car owners who want to make a safe decision with the facts in front of them. This is how we keep them correct.

Official sources come first. Rules on permits, GPS devices, insurance, night-shift transport and tax are checked against government sources. These include the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Parivahan, the GeM portal, state labour department notifications, and GST and Income Tax publications. Every page lists its sources at the bottom.

We use real tender and contract terms. When we say what government offices and companies ask for (car age, monthly km, hours, penalties), it comes from published tender documents and the GeM standard service agreement. If it changes from contract to contract, we say that.

Rules differ by city, state and organisation. Where something depends on your contract or your state, the page says so.
We update pages when rules change or when drivers tell us something is out of date.
